The National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) issued an order around 10 p.m. on Saturday that it has halted all the financial activities for Education Minister Chaturon Chaisang and Phue Thai Party Leader Charupong Ruangsuwan, after they did not report today to the Army.
The NCPO also forbade any financial institution, including banks, insurance companies, cooperatives or corporations to assist the two persons.
