The military on Monday evening released Nanthapong Bunpong, a student activist from Mahasarakham University in northeastern Maha Sarakham Province, after detaining him for four days.
This was the second time Nanthapong was ordered to report to the military authorities.
At 1 pm on Friday, the student activist reported to the junta’s National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) Maha Sarakham Headquarters, Maha Sarakham Governmental Complex, and was arrested.
