A group of activists who plan to visit Da Torpedo in prison on 30 Dec invite the media and interested persons to join them.
The "Palang Ruam Jai" group will visit Da Torpedo at Khlong Prem Women’s Prison (see the map attached for directions) on December 30, 2009 at 1:30 pm. Da Torpedo's brother Kittichai will go with the group. To give Da urgent help with her serious illness, her brother will contact the prison's doctors and ask for Da's medical records to be forwarded to a specialist outside the prison.

This is the most urgent thing to do to help Da now, the group said.
Inmates are allowed to meet only 5 visitors for only 15 minutes on weekdays. As her elder brother Kittichai and an activist will visit her, three further slots are still available for the media and those who are interested.

I am eagerly waiting for the
I am eagerly waiting for the follow-up on this event. Notice given was a bit (!) short, and I am unable to leave town during the week in any event.
Following advice in the PPT I had sent Da a post card at :
Darunee Charnchoengsilpakul
The Central Women’s Prison, Klong Prem,
Ngarm Wong Wan Road,
Lat Yaow, Chatuchak
Bangkok 10900
I have no way of knowing if she got it.
I found some pictures of Pridi over the wire and took them to a copy shop and made my own postcards, figuring a picture is worth a thousand words.
Now I think I have a new address, also from PPT (actually from a webboard via PPT), but I don't know if I've interpreted it correctly.

I would appreciate a word to the ignorant who would-be wise in this case. I don't understand the (Paw) Phra ko nong business in the third line.
The idea is that you send postcards to this address and they are bundled and hand-carried to Da, ensuring that she does get them.
Happy New Year Da! Your courage is admired by us all, and an inspiration to keep on keeping on.
