Since April, maybe much earlier, the TOT has run every packet going to or from my machine through an ancillary network...

  • 2 above is my home router
  • 3 is the TOT backbone
  • 4 is someone else's "home" router
  • 5 is someone else's "home" router
  • 6 is back to the TOT backbone

So whose and how many machines lie between the routers at 118.174.231.241 and 118.174.226.53? Who knows.

Might be another value-added service that Google is performing for the Thai government, in addition to its censorship functions.

It's patent spying on a customer's "private" conversations over the internet routinely performed by the TOT.

Think it's just me? Hardly. This is not an ad hoc setup to snoop on a single farang.

This is systematic wire tapping by the state through its communication company.

Run traceroute yourselves and have a look.
