Finally the DSI have admitted that Nat Sattayapornpisut didn't send me any videos via e-mail. It's taken them long enough. I don't see how writing to someone and mentioning links is a "crime". Nat didn't download the videos to his computer, so it's got nothing to do with the computer crimes law.

Nat should be released immediately, lest someone should make those links public....
