StanG: Do you really believe the authorities care that much about a little share market scam?
There's much worse happening everyday in Thailand - thats just business as usual.

Its obvious the authorities are running around like chooks with no heads for one reason alone: it's because of WHO the rumour was about.

and they are taking the opportunity to blame the usual suspects (thorns in their side), namely the anyone who does not toe the yellow line, or allows different/free thought: Reds, Samesky, Prachatai etc - I'm surprised Thaksin & foreigners have not already been accused (or have they?)

I don't even believe such witchhunts need to be organized by Prem or anyone - its just the way they have been programmed to think & react
(I doubt they could change or do things differently even if they wanted to:)
