If a website posts pornographic material, or shows links to it, it's liable for ICT's blocking policies regarding pornography. That might explain why someone did that. Or maybe it's just some over-zealous phisher/website pr who tries hard to post the link everywhere he/she can. Although that wouldn't explain going the extra mile, bothering to hack the whole page.
