In long term, Burma ( or Myanmar ) also needs an effective warning system, like the Tsunami warning system in the south of Thailand. A lot of lives will be saved from the natural disasters.
PTT ( Thailand ) should be ashamed for exploiting Burma and her people, and take some responsibility on its part of the problem.
